The Mat has 5 functions that can be used together or separately. You lie on 15 lbs of crystals which are warmed and activated by Far Infrared heat. Add to this Negative Ion Therapy, Photon Therapy and PEMF Therapy (not be used by those with metallic implants).

ENERGY ALIGNMENT AND TUNEUP

Energy is all around, and constantly affecting us so I offer this treatment using Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy and Reiki to clear away any unwanted energy that is having an effect on you from your physical and metaphysical bodies and ensure they are aligned and working in harmony. This treatment will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and more like yourself again. It also includes pointers on how to keep your energy clean and avoid being affected by unwanted energy.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

This treatment uses energy points that affect the wellness of the whole body, with gentle massage of the neck, head and face to leave your body, mind and spirit feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, energized and balanced.

Benefits include relief from eyestrain, headaches, congestion / sinusitis, insomnia, improved hair / scalp condition, improved blood circulation to, and lymphatic drainage from, the head / neck.

REIKI

A Reiki treatment is very gentle and can involve gentle touch. It works gently and effectively on physical healing and on a much deeper level. It can also release deep-rooted mental, emotional and psychic blocks or imbalances, working at the causal level, not just on the symptoms. 

It is also a wonderful modality for receiving from a distance – either within the treatment room or from another location.

SOUND HEALING

Sound Healing is the intentional use of sound, using various instruments to vibrationally change our bodies on all levels. Sound affects all cells so can work for benefits such as balance of both hemispheres of the brain and increased vital energy flow while stimulating the circulatory, endocrine and hormonal systems. It is deeply relaxing and stress reducing and it can also be aimed at particularly issues so can help in recovery from illness, traumas and invasive medical treatments.

REIKI TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION

As a Reiki Master / Teacher with over 14 years of Reiki practise, I teach all levels of Reiki. Whether you are looking to heal yourself and loved ones, start a business, add a new modality to your existing ones or learn how to teach Reiki yourself this is a wonderful modality to learn. Reiki is not just a form of healing - it is a way of life. I teach in small groups with plenty of practice time to a well rounded syllabus. One-on-one training can also be arranged.
