As a fitness and yoga instructor who has a passion for supporting people along their journey in becoming more embodied within themselves, I utilize tools through movement, breath work, energy work which allows us the ability to assess the body as a whole, bringing awareness to areas that may have been dormant which creates a new sense of balance, strength and stability. 

My goal is to work together as a guide for you to become more connected within the intricate nature of your body.

Yoga with Jenna

I have had the chance to practice Yoga with Jenna for the last couple of years. From one studio to another, her classes were always an amazing break from the noise of life. She creates a safe and comfortable place to come to and relax. With her background in gymnastic and sports, she makes sure everyone can practice safely. May you have any questions or seek advices, she will share her knowledge with you. As she became a yoga teacher, it has been an honour to follow her in this journey and be in her classes. With her calmness and patience, she is by far my favourite Yogi. An amazing guide to yoga practice!

Excellent instructor and amazing classes!

Jenna and I started working together in Nov 2021. She quickly assessed what I was looking for and we set out meeting twice a week for close to three months. She offers the right balance of energy and calm. Extremely knowledgeable about breath & sound work and meditation.

Morning Yoga on Zoom

I have enjoyed waking up and attending this class with Jenna. I am not a morning person but Jenna manages to bring lightness and ease through a series of gentle yoga poses that improve my sense of wellbeing.

Pain Relief

After exploring many therapies and interventions to address chronic lower back/hip pain, working with Jenna I discovered Yin Yoga which has meaningfully eased my pain. The day I woke up with no pain for the first time in years gave me such hope for the future. I'm so grateful to Jenna for bringing Yin Yoga to my life!

Calming Strength

I have difficulties being comfortable and fully relaxed in some yoga/meditation classes. Jenna creates an atmosphere that is fun, non-judgemental and supportive that gives me the space to relax and practice comfortably. I always look forward to practicing with her as it is fun and never feels like a chore.
