Being a human is hard. We encounter all kinds of difficulties while navigating a world with an infinite number of choices, while also being programmed everywhere we go. We are constantly bombarded with messages about what to do and what not to do. It can be a bit much sometimes. We all need guidance from time to time.
If you are encountering difficulties with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, work issues, addiction, grief and loss, suicidal thoughts, life transitions, physical illness and injury, fears and phobias, please know that these are common conditions that can be regarded as a normal part of being human. You are not alone. Yet, the beauty of life is that each challenge can be used as a doorway to greater peace and happiness in our lives. Rather than seeing these things as “problems,” we can see them as opportunities. Whatever you are currently dealing with is bringing to you exactly the lessons that will help you grow into the best version of yourself.
