Life's journey can often lead us through challenging terrain, where we may lose sight of our own essence and our true needs and values. My approach can help to guide you through this intricate landscape, helping you uncover who you really are, your true nature.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in self-compassion, mindfulness and somatic awareness. Together we'll navigate the labyrinth of your life uncovering the layers that have shaped your experiences, relationships, and all the parts of yourself that may have developed over the years due to conditioning and trauma.
Living in alignment with your values is at the heart of our work. We'll collaboratively explore how to establish boundaries that honour your true self while connecting with your deepest needs.
I understand the weight of grief, anger, and sadness, and I'm committed to holding space for these powerful messengers, recognizing their potential as catalysts for growth.
Working from an anti-oppressive lens, I'm devoted to creating an inclusive environment where all aspects of your identity are acknowledged and valued. Together, we can explore how systemic injustices, biases, and societal pressures may have impacted your mental health and well-being.
If you're curious about how my approach can support you on this path, I invite you to get in touch with me to learn more.
With warmth,
Andrea

Andrea is incredible at creating safe spaces of listening and connection. In the MBSR course, she skillfully lead us through practices in a way that integrated them into our daily lives. I would recommend this course to anyone who is looking to reconnect with themselves, find growth in a community and deepen their human experience. Thank you again Andrea!
