My dedication to self-awareness, meditation and spiritual insight has brought me closer to what it means to live authentically, listen deeply and hold space for the whole experience of being a human being.
In our work together, it is essential for me to include the awareness of deeply engrained structural and oppressive systems of power that operate within our culture.
It is my intention to discover creative ways to hold the reality of patriarchy, privilege, sexism, ableism, racism and all the inequalities that currently exist within our society.
At the same time, holding space for the potentiality of recognizing this unintegrated pain as a catalyst for profound healing and transformation at the individual level, in our families, communities, and beyond.
