Great session!

Wow - the light therapy session I had was simply amazing! It was a real eye-opener (and mind opener!) to discover how energetic I felt after the session, and how clear-headed the rest of the day felt. I believe a big part of the session is the way Beth prepared me for it & discussed things afterward - she has a natural gift for putting people at ease. Looking forward to the next one!
