I've had a love and interest in rocks, minerals and crystals for as long as I remember and they have always been a natural fit for using to create sacred space and to integrate into my energy healing sessions. The interest in healing work began in the early 80's while I was living in Australia. Being away from home and its influences, I had a year with no agenda other than following my intuition and exploring. It was during this year that I became aware of my ability to see and interact with people who were no longer in the physical. I was also introduced to Automatic Writing, Runes, Meditation, Past Life Influences and most significantly, Rebirthing.

Since then, the modalities I've worked with have seemed like a natural progression... Rebirthing made me aware of, and enabled me to release trauma/ mental, physical and emotional blocks. Also to trust the body's innate wisdom to heal whatever is most appropriate and beneficial, at the time...Reiki energies were so gentle, and supportive anchored in the Earth...Seichim was of such high frequencies. It connected me to the Infinite and my sense of coming from and belonging to the Universe...Sekhem was where the Source and Earth energies mixed, merged, balanced and harmonized in my Heart Centre. It was so fluid, moving and full of light that once I began working with it, it taught me how the energy moves naturally in the body and energy field. It led me to areas where the energy was restricted/ entangled/ blocked so the original pathways could be restored, utilized and the elasticity or non-rigidness of the layers could be brought back. The effects of subtle adjustments in the energy field proved so fascinating and were as effective as those in the physical body, which had been my main focus up to that time....This all led me to Causal Realignment. Causal Realignment is so precise and works with a person's entire Energetic System and all its components- major and minor chakras and all the bodies or layers- from the Physical to the Spiritual and Causal, repairing and aligning them so the energies flow harmoniously, as one. Though the focus is on the repairing and alignment of the field this in itself will bring healing and then there is the ability for that healing to be retained. its a process that's completed in 3 to 4 sessions. In the later sessions, balance is achieved as is a state of more expansiveness and greater ease within one's being.  There is an assimilation of more Light/ more energies and downloading/ clearing of Akashic Records. Because the physical body's chakras are balanced and in harmony, the Soul Chakra and Earth Chakra become the main points for holding and running energies in the physical body. I see it as indictive of where we're headed for the future. Its very supportive of our transformation into Crystalline the unprecedented energetic changes we're making at this time.
