About Rob O'Neill

My long and varied spiritual/recovery/healing path led to the practice within, the writing and self-publishing of my first book: "What Goes Around Comes Around"

My passion is spirituality (in all forms) and leading/encouraging/coaching people, to realize their potentials & work toward their goals and dreams (whether those, that were formally abandoned, or those, newly identified). Mine is not to tell others, or necessarily even show them, how to realize their dreams; but to coach/guide them to their own innate strengths, answers and talents, which they would then harness, to make the desired changes in their life.

My book outlines the story of my own 40 day journey (walking a labyrinth each morning) it describes my victories, the blocks I discovered in myself, the questions I was asking and the insights I was gaining. I share candidly through out the book the different "life challenges" I have faced on the way to becoming a published offer. My supposition is - if it's possible for me to realize these dreams, then it is possible for anyone.

At the end of each chapter there are 15 - 20 guideline questions that can be used a self-exploration template.. One could focus on just those areas that resonate with them, work through the book chapter by chapter - choose intuitively. There is no "right or wrong" way to approach the process.

The book is available directly through me as well as all the Amazon sites.
