If you're not versed with movements such as squatting, touching your toes then a gentle supported practice to regain lost mobility and flexibility would be the first place to start. I am currently offering my teachings at Fairfield Gonzales Community Centre, Garry Oak Room.

About Vedaworks
When we need to get out of the house, out of our heads, and into our bodies, a yoga practice then becomes a very practical and powerful ally. Some of us find that our lives have been hijacked on a run-a-way train of performance and perfection.
