Everything is made up of energy, vibrations and frequency. It can either vibrate in a positive way, or a negative way. The negative isn't bad; it's only a place from which to learn from. We are all here to learn lessons ... primarily through our soul agreements. But sometimes things don't go as smoothly as we would like; or life doesn't go quite according to plan; or we keep repeating the same patterns over and over again. When we start to feel off, out of alignment, sad, in pain or create dis-ease ... we are vibrating at a low frequency. Our bodies and emotions are simply reflecting these energies.

I work in a variety of ways [with guidance from the other side & intuition] and different tools, to help each person back into alignment, into joy, peace and harmony. When we start to lighten our backpack of low vibration and trapped emotions; along with cutting the soul agreements; our body, mind and soul begin to heal. 

Numerology: our soul created a map for each and every one of us, detailing our lessons, challenges, gifts and obstacles... from the day we are born until the day we die. I use this map as a healing guide.
