You are invited to a zoom gathering to explore Brene Brown’s new book ATLAS OF THE HEART on a deeper level. I have set up a Zoom space from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Fridays starting April 1, 2022 for anyone that is interested in exploring what I experience as an amazing book. It is my hope that all participants can put on pause our own individual agendas and create a safe, judgment free opportunity to have a diverse conversation about the power of language.
In this, her latest book, Brene Brown challenges us to explore the power of language and its relationship to honest, vulnerable connection with each other as vulnerable human beings. Brene writes:
" If we want to find the way back to ourselves we need language and the grounded confidence to both tell our stories and be stewards of the stories that we hear."
On April 1, 2022, we will begin with Chapter One which she has titled Places We Go When Things Are Uncertain or Too Much - Stress, Overwhelm, Anxiety, Worry, Avoidance, Excitement, Dread, Fear, Vulnerability
