Does Your Home Need Healing? with Dawn Kirkham

Did you know that the energy in your space can directly affect the way you sleep, feel, work and function daily? Great if the energy supports wellbeing, but not so great if it is impacting those that live or work in the space.

In this session, Dawn will share with you the main culprits that can detrimentally impact a space as well as a few simple things you can do to improve things and maximize the healing potential of your home.

If you or a member of your family are experiencing any of these things, this session might be of benefit for you to attend:

• Not feeling refreshed in the morning when you wake up or you feel worse in the morning
• Restlessness, difficulty in getting to sleep, excessive dreaming, excessively heavy sleep and sleep requirements
• Cold or restless feet and legs in bed
• Fatigue and lethargy, unexplained mood changes
• Waking up at an odd angle in bed, perhaps on the edge of the bed. Children who repeatedly gravitate to a particular part of the bed
• A feeling that there is something wrong with the home or part of the home that doesn’t feel right
• You don’t look forward to going home
• You feel better away from home
• You may have health issue or illness that doesn’t respond to treatment, or you actually become not well after moving to your new home
• The house has changed hands lots of times/string of tenants
