New Holistic Yoga Classes in James Bay!

Holistic Yoga Classes - Every Friday:
I am currently offering two weekly group yoga classes (all levels/beginners welcome) every Friday in James Bay:
- Slow Flow Morning Yoga Class: Fridays 8am - 8:50am (+5 mins optional)
- Restorative Yoga Nidra Class: Fridays 12noon - 12:50 (+5 mins optional)
Classes are $15 each.
Bring a mat (and/or blanket for the restorative yoga class) or let me know if you want me to have one waiting for you.
Slow Flow is a wonderful way to start the mornng off...in the beautiful ambience of the Sanctuary Room in the Church of Truth, and the Restorative Yoga classes are held at lunchtime in the smaller Yellow Room (side entrance).
Classes are timed to allow for travel/appointments, with an optional 5-10 mins at the end for a little extra Savasana!
