Every Tuesday Night the Victoria Shambhala Meditation Centre invites you to our open house from 6:30 until 8:30. The evening begins with sitting meditation practice followed by a talk and discussion on various topics in and around meditation, mindfulness, and generally how to live a fully engaged sane existence in a chaotic world.
For those new to meditation, we offer in-person instruction to meditation practice.
COVID protocols are in place. A vaccination passport is required for all attendees. If you are unable to be vaccinated, you may attend by Zoom.
