Pregnancy Empowerment Mini-Course

Oh mama I have a secret for you! Woman have been given the short end of the stick when it comes to modern birthing. It's cold, sterile, unfamiliar and vulnerable. Without any judgement on how or where you choose to birth, medicated or unmedicated- we have SO much power and wisdom inside of us. Women have been birthing unassisted for centuries without fear and better yet-with the support of other women. We've birthed inside, outside, alone or together and yet our generation is mostly terrified to give birth.

I share why we're so scared to give birth, how to move past that fear and embrace a powerful birth. We talk about ways to incorporate non-religious spirituality (although you can insert any beliefs here) into your pregnancy and birth and take control of your body and birth. I'm not here to talk you into doing a home water birth but I will hype you up to birth however you feel the most safe and comfortable.
