Pregnancy Vent Session

Pregnancy is hard! Does your partner really understand what your going through? Of course not! Your mom might but how long has it been since she carried a baby in her womb? Being a woman we struggle to keep up appearances when what we really want is to be heard-to let it all out. We keep quite to not seem like we're complaining or we can't handle it. On the flip side we all know what happens when we bottle up what's really happening. BOOM.

I offer a safe non-judgmental space to riff out anything that's on your mind or heart. You might be surprised to hear that most woman joining us have similar distresses. While I'm all for honoring our emotions and letting them run their course, we'll always end with a powerful and positive mediation or ETF session. Purge and reset so you can get back to whatever badassery you get up to!
