Join me for an hour on Friday, May 26th at 5:00PDT for a tranquil Reiki infused Sound Bath. Allowing the sounds of my Crystal Singing Bowls to carry and nurture you, as you relax. I will be focusing on releasing old energies inside you, so you can bring in new energies that help sustain and renew your mind, body and soul. I will be talking about making intentions and helping you think of one during the Sound Bath. Then there will be a guided meditation while I play my crystal bowls and an oracle card reading for the group at the very end of the event.
I will be recording the meditation and sound bath part of the hour. A link to the video will be emailed to you after the session concludes.
