Every week, we begin our meditation by briefly exploring what each of us needs at this time - emotionally, spiritually or else, and we then move into a personalized, guided meditation that addresses and honours all that has come up to wholistically integrate our experiences.

Each week is a new exploration filled with new opportunities to integrate - a new experience, so join in to as many or few meditations as you feel called to. No previous meditation experience is needed and all levels are happily welcome. The actual time spent in meditation is approximately 30 minutes.
