I have a diverse and varied background of over 12+ years working as a Co-Active Professional Life Coach along with working in Corporate world for 20+ years. My official training was with the Co-Active Training Institute, formerly the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) of California, over 10 years ago. However, have employed years of training in the Holistic Arts and alternative healing modalities and practices for myself and now share as a coach. I bring my natural intuitive empathic abilities to the table along with practical tools to assist my clients to move forward and experience ‘A-ha’s. 

I believe in the Science of deliberate creation, that being precedes doing. That being your unique essence - You BEing You - will increase your value in your own life. When life happens, we all need extra support and clarity to get us timely answers.  I am your advocate, supporting you in making the best possible choices for yourself  This process ultimately trains you to bcome more intuitively accurate in your life. I want you to become your own guru!   (as Alan Cohen says, “ G – U – R – U) 

I also enjoy space clearings for homes, land, and offices.  Spaces & people have their own energy-aura and sometimes it needs a pick me up - refresh to feel lighter and more inviting.  As an example I am done quite a few homes for sale clearings and the houses sold afterwards.  

I have a daily practice and deeply believe in Meditation in some form every single day.  It may be sitting for 1/2 hour or 10 min with a mantra or sometimes on a walk or while doing some yoga.  We all need a recentering, grounding into our being to set the day with along with an intention.  I enjoy leading meditations and have just set up a youtube channel.  

Another passion I am working on is Sound Healing.  We are all vibrations... and sound can also clear and reset us in a cellular level.
