About Doug Hilton
I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 27 years. I am also a Chi Kung (aka qigong) instructor and practitioner. I teach Chi Kung and also do healing modalities for people using the Cosmic Healing and Chi Nei Tsang practices from the Universal Healing Tao Chi Kung system that is taught by Master Mantak Chia. Master Chia and I created the technique Taoist Emotional Recycling that is described in our book EMDR and the Universal Healing Tao. That technique is used to show people how to completely and permanently release emotions and energy from the past that is preventing them from fully enjoying their present circumstances.
