ABOUT SESSIONS:
Hayley has developed unique treatment styles that infuse energy work techniques and therapeutic bodywork guided by her natural intuitive gifts. She treats on a physical level working with the physiology of the muscle using gentle acupressure and massage technique to release muscle tension and pain. As she treats on physical level feeling for areas of stress and muscle tension in your body she also has the gift to “sense” or “see” what the underlying stress or blocks are that being held in the cellular memory of your body. In a session these underlying stressors or blocks will surface when you’re ready to let go of them. When this happens Hayley “sees” or “senses” these stressors or blocks in the energy form of colour (emotions), objects, visions, vibration, feelings or words. She uses energy balancing technique’s to remove these blocks, relieving pain and creating space for flow and communication within your body-mind to heal. This space facilitates the growth for new neuropathways to form so you can create new positive thought patterns, shift your perception, live your life in alignment with your heart and discover personal growth that will benefit your body, mind and soul.
Each session is naturally tailored to meet your needs. Some of the techniques you may experience include Reiki, Shiatsu Massage, Reflexology, Cellular Regeneration Technique, Relaxation Massage, Energy Balancing, Colour and Chakra Balancing.
ABOUT WORKSHOPS:
Hayley guides Reiki certification workshops for Reiki Level 1, 2 and Master training.
She had the honour of receiving all of her Reiki training including her Karuna Reiki Master level with Sister Eileen Curtis. Hayley honours the wisdom and knowledge of Sister Eileen by including her teachings in her workshops and using her manuals. She has also incorporated her own additional research and experience to benefit her students.
Hayley has extended each Reiki level workshop from the traditional western 1 day training to 2 days to give students the time they need to connect with their own natural healing abilities, integrate this beautiful healing art into their lives and feel confident in their practice. Extra experiential time is shared including a free study group with each workshop so students can reconnect, ask questions and practice.
Hayley naturally tailors each workshop to meet her student’s needs. Classes are relaxing, simple and informative. It is a continual growing experience between teacher, mentor and student. Class size is kept small with a maximum of 4-8 students.
Please note custom training packages are also available. If you wish to receive Reiki training privately, as a couple, with friend(s), family or as a group, Hayley will be happy to design and tailor a workshop to meet your individual and group needs.
