Exceptional Massage!
Having had many massages in my life, mainly to combat chronic pain, I have NEVER experienced such a feeling of renewal as I did following Kristen's massage. Pain has been a constant companion for close to 40 years, following two motor vehicle accidents. It is now Wednesday following my massage and slight pain is just starting to make itself known. I was totally pain free for TWO days...cannot believe the feeling of euphoria that provided! If this happened with one of Kristen's massages, what would a regular monthly massage provide? Can't wait to find out! Kristen truly is the best! Bar none (that I have tried). Thank YOU, Kristen! I look forward to a Sparks massage in the near future!

Blissfully restorative experience
I treated myself to a 2-hour Journey Massage yesterday and am still floating. Kristen is a highly attentive and skilled practicioner, combining intuition with therapeutic mastery. She effectively released muscular tension while balancing my whole body energetically. The use of jade stones, hot towels and aromatherapy throughout made for a truly elevated session.
