About Kat Fong Coaching and Human Design
Hi! I'm Kat.
My roles in this lifetime include Intuition and Energy Management Counsellor, Registered Fitness Coach (with a specialty in Pre and Post Natal and Menopause programming), and Human Design Reader. My specialties are designed to help others transition gracefully and with intention through each of life's phases. I have spent the last 15+ years supporting families as an Early Years Child Development Counsellor.
I am a Mother and a reluctant grown up, who moonlights as a comedian and karaoke star sometimes. I have two kids who I water and feed on a regular basis.
I practice patience, compassion and loving myself more each day through practical solutions to life’s challenges. I thrive in supporting others to do the same. I have a deep passion for body acceptance and reconnecting with our bodies in a loving and compassionate way.
I am an 2/5 Emotional Generator who is here to share BIG ideas in simple ways.

Ignited my soul!
I highly recommend everyone have a Human Design Reading with Kat. She has a natural gift of deep compassion, communication, and absolute caring. My Human Design Reading results made a profound impact on the way that I see my existence.
