About Get Out of Your Head Ayurveda Head Massage

I am grateful for the opportunity to practice Ayurveda Head Massage.

My intuitive skills have been evolving for decades through my vocation as an inspirational children's performer for over 20 years, a care provider helping people transition to the next realm, the social services sector assisting individuals identify their skills and build self-confidence, producing live arts and cultural for children and youth, and the creator of the Ripple Effect Dance Project to celebrate diversity and promote tolerance, inclusion, and acceptance of ourselves and others.  

My authentic gentle nature, intuitive sense, and natural abilities are the backbone of my success in all I do and hope to share that with you.

My journey to this stage in life has led me to start “Get out of your Head, Get Grounded” focusing on the benefits of the tradition of Ayurveda and importance of individuals finding time for self-care. Earthing and grounding are imperative for my well-being and I am passionate about spreading the word of its simplicity and accessibility and incorporating it into my head massage practice.

After being gifted the book “Ancient Secrets of a Master Healer” and the recipient of an Indian Head massage, my interest in Ayurveda teaching began and I knew it was my next calling.

My passion is to help individuals relax and receive a break from everyday stress and an opportunity to "Get of out of Your Head and Get Grounded."
