Hello Teresa. I have been sitting quietly in my living room enjoying the wonderful feeling of my home. The energy is light and buoyant and sparkly, it also feels more congruent (if that makes sense) as if it all flows together and with purpose. My home itself is generating a feeling of "being heard", "being nurtured and "being respected" so it in turn gives out/back to me, and I assume to my cats, a heartfelt felling of love and support. I am now learning a new way of being in the world as a Divine Human.
It has been about 6 weeks since my Soul Integration session with you. Something definately shifted during our session. I felt more grounded and more clear-headed. After the session, I felt a deep need to relax and to keep life simply during the next few weeks to gain a new sense of clarity. Over the following days, I felt more attuned to myself. I find myself being more at ease with myself, less hesitating, procrastinating and less fearful. My friend mentioned that I looked "healthy" and I see more glow and less tiredness in the mirror.
Since my last Heartmath session with Teresa things have been going well. I am spending time every day doing the exercise of connecting, breathing and feeling grateful/appreciative. A couple of days ago I really started to feel good and happy in and with my body. I even liked what I saw when I glanced in the mirror. I saw more glow and less tiredness. My friend even mentioned that I looked "healthy" today. I definitely have rushed energy but I am getting better at recognizing and calming it.

I have just listened to my Akashic Records Reading for the third time, making sure I have all the juicy details of our session. As a healer myself, who also works in the quantum field, it is a delight to have a session with someone who can take me to nuances that I didn't know were still there. Teresa not only unearthed (pun intended :") wounds that were still in my field, but also released them for me with skill, respect and a clear vision of what the Guides and Ancestors were recommending.
