A new session as part of the Community Healing offerings - 1:1 Community Herbal Sessions. These 20 minute herbal-focused sessions are a community offering of herbal support for physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual processes of the Human & Starseed experience. The focus is on herbal supports & as time allows, Conscious-living recommendations will also be offered.

All recommended potions are agreed upon before being custom created for you. Herbal potions can take the form of capsules, tinctures, creams, teas, topical liquid lotions, and Vibrational Elixirs.

:: These sessions are best suited for non-complex issues. Some examples of what these look like include ::

~ Spiritual health ~
 Chakra illumination, boundaries (energetic and otherwise), heightened sensory perception, Heart expansion, grounding, digestion of experiences, other Spiritual Awakening symptoms.

~ Digestive system ~
constipation, fat digestion, nutrient absorption, gas, bloating, nutrient assimilation, hemorrhoids

~ Immune system ~
colds, flu, allergies, general boost

~ Sleep ~
 getting to sleep, staying asleep, astral travelling

~ Urinary Tract ~
UTI, bladder infection

~ Skin ~
eczema, psoriasis, wound healing

~ Mental-Emotional ~
 stress, anxiety, depression, will power, drive, focus, monkey-mind

~ Other ~
 adrenal fatigue, non-specific inflammation, pain, muscle tension, lymphatic drainage, general wellness, energy, fibromyalgia, detox
