CranioSacral Therapy is easy to learn and extremely helpful for:- releasing fear, toxins and somatic memory.
- balancing our brain and nervous system.
- mobilizing fascial restrictions throughout the body
- healing from accidents and disease.
- optimizing our physical, mental and spiritual health.
- opening our felt-sense Awareness deep inside the body/mind.
- trusting and following our Inner Wisdom.
CranioSacral Therapy encourages all systems in the body/mind/spirit to soften, rebalance, detoxify and expand in increased mobility, conscious awareness, health and well being.
We will practice:
- learning simple anatomical landmarks.
- using our hands and hearts to blend and meld with the craniosacral fluid in the central nervous system.
- connecting within and following the Inner Wisdom.
- resting deeply in the core of the Body/Mind/Spirit.
- learning to gently release restrictions in the membranes and connective tissues.
-deepening our subtle awareness and trust.
