Activate your Goddess Within!
Under the full moon we gather in sacred circle to bring presence to our bodies and hearts and heal collectively. The Full Moon is an energetically powerful time for activation, creativity, and shedding of old skin and limiting beliefs. This intimate 2 hour circle includes movement, dance, gentle breathwork, guided meditations, journaling and reflecting, and open heart sharing. Join fellow sisters as we hold space and lift each other up with support, kindness and love.
This is a safe, confidential and inclusive space welcoming all who identify with the feminine.
What you will need:
We invite you to dress in warm, comfortable clothing. We encourage you to bring a crystal, flower, or any other special item for the collective altar. Paper and pens will be provided but feel free to bring a favorite journal, pen, meditation pillow or blanket if you'd like.
Our facilitators Jennifer Helwing and Jordan Griffin bring their passions for the Divine Feminine, womanhood, motherhood, manifesting abundance, wellness, and healing to guide you through an incredible experience.
