Mantras & Mudras for Clarity & Relaxation

This Saturday under the power of 22 (+2022) we will be accessing the power of our voice and the power of our hands to enhance concentration while soothing the nervous system.

Mantras are tools that, through our voice, we free the mind and access expanded states of consciousness and vibrations.

Hand mudras are symbolic hand and finger positions that both depict and access desired states of consciousness. 

During the gathering, you will be guided through a simple dynamic (moving) mudra to support the powers of concentration and to support the nervous system, creating greater clarity and relaxation.

To amplify this vibration and to connect to your True Essence, we will practice the mantra Sa Ta Na Ma alongside the movement of the mudra.

Once opened and activated, bathed in the Divine frequencies, we will spend some time with The Council of the Sisters and tune in for some Oracle Divination.

Never experienced Mudras or Mantras before? This is the perfect opportunity to dip your toes into the water of these powerful and simple practices. 

Shy about others hearing your expression? Come sit, be bathed in the frequencies, activate your centres, and know there is no expectation that you unmute yourself at any time. 

Unable to join live due to other life requirements? Sessions are recorded and shared to all those that register, so you can connect in at a time that is more aligned for you.
