Whether you're looking to address post-winter or stress related symptoms or simply interested in exploring the synergy between energy medicine and somatics, this is your opportunity to reclaim your vitality! 

This programs includes a weekly online class covering: 

- Powerful energy medicine techniques - increase your ability to rebalance the energies that support health and vitality.  We will cover: 

• Which organs and meridians represent Spring

• Ways to boost your body’s natural detoxification and cleansing systems

• Discover the most supporting foods for this season and align with your individual constitutional pattern

• Ways to release pent-up emotions

• Support eye health

- Somatic movements - discover movements that are gentle and supportive to help the nervous system release muscle tension and improve natural efficient movement. 

- Each participant will also receive two online energy healing sessions - these will be done over zoom or facetime and you will learn how you can take charge of your own healing. These will be spread out with one toward the beginning of the program and one closer to the end. Additional sessions may be purchased separately. Online sessions include a written review of the session and techniques given. 

The weekly classes will be recorded.
