Heidi is a shamanic and Sacred Womb Awakening practitioner. She hosts virtual and in person shamanic ceremonies, shamanic workshops, womens circles, womb healing circles and 1:1 client sessions. She is passionate and deeply honoured to offer such powerful and sacred medicine to others. 

Sacred Womb Awakening work involves healing and transforming the emotional, ancestral, and multi-lifetime wounding, distortion, and trauma that can be held in our Womb space and even passed on to our descendants. Sacred Womb Awakening uses trauma informed somatic practices to gently guide you as you descend into your Womb space. In exploring and deeply feeling into this rich and multidimensional terrain we allow the intelligence of our Wombs to release any trauma imprints, memories and emotions or stories she may be holding. Shedding and dissolving all that no longer serves so we can come into our wholeness and our sacred Power.
