Energy Healing Sessions
My therapeutic sessions involve an intuitive combination of The Radiance Technique (TM) and The MetaBrae Process, both deeply-relaxing. TRT is an ancient energy science from Tibet, by way of Japan, that accesses universal energy. Healing automatically works for the highest good of the client, and all concerned, on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels simultaneously. The Radiance Technique is gentle and non-invasive and is experienced fully-clothed on a massage table. TRT is a modality I have taught since 1985 in 8 countries and more than 30 Canadian communities.
The MetaBrae Process is a recently-birthed energy healing method that uses Divinely-guided gentle touch of all 26 spinal vertebrae, using tiny counter-clockwise spirals. We have learned that the vertebrae offer a multi-level template capable of deeply-releasing all manner of time-frozen blockages including: personal and monadic past lives, frozen inner child events, PTSD situations, relationship dysfunction and more. Sessions are deeply honouring, graceful and nourishing.

Bio of Brian James Wark -
My healing career goes back to 1980 at 'The Findhorn Foundation' in Northern Scotland where I learned to practice and teach workshops in multiple modalities including: Reflexology, Metamorphic Technique, Polarity, Lymphatic Pump, intuitive massage and more. In 1985, I became a founding director of The Radiance Technique Intl Assoc of 86 international teachers. During ten years outreach, I taught TRT to more than 3,000 students in Canada, USA, Venezuela, Bolivia, France, Britain, Belgium and Romania.
For the past 23 years, I have been a student of 'A Course in Miracles' and have sponsored and coordinated 9 University of Toronto weekend seminars with Gary Renard and Dr Kenneth Wapnick, focused on healing through Quantum Forgiveness. In early 2022, in Victoria, in concert with my healing partner Julia Day, I developed a 'brand new' broad-spectrum, Spirit-directed healing methodology which I call 'The MetaBrae Process'. It involves gentle, light touch using tiny counter-clockwise spirals on all 26 spinal vertebrae.

A great connection
I have received about 50 energy healing sessions from Brian Wark! Here are some thoughts about his work: - He has a very high and deep connection. It's obvious that he has been anchoring pure octaves of non-polarized vibration for a long time, in fact, more than 40 years, and it is evident by the hallmark of gentleness and clarity which opens through his channel. - He is very attuned to inner Guidance. He follows intuitively and is helpful in both his silence and quiet questions. - I come away feeling clearer, more peaceful, radiant and sometimes in awe of what information has arisen gently and naturally from the matrix of my body/mind. I particularly like the access that The MetaBrae Process has provided into my unconscious mind.
