About Core Consciousness: Susie Stockham
For as long as I can remember, I have had the innate ability to feel things on deep levels. As a child, I experienced digestive issues that could not be explained and uncomfortable inklings, I did not have coping strategies for.
I lost my brother to cancer during my childhood, and the feelings I felt growing up often got dismissed or labeled by others as anxiety, nerves, grief…etc. This left me feeling ungrounded and insecure for most of my childhood and adolescence. Certain people, foods, and environments often felt like too much for me, and I rarely felt comfortable in my body. I struggled with being at peace with my thoughts and myself until my mid 30's.
It was then, I embarked on my own inner peace journey, where I collected multiple effective energetic modalities and trauma identification strategies through a variety of higher learning. I currently hold formal training in nutrition, energetics, somatic body work, and psychology.

What is it like to work with me?
Often clients arrive not knowing exactly where to begin and together we identify session priorities and navigate through what surfaces using expansive questioning. Every session is unique and innately guided. With a variety of techniques to draw from, my coaching forward approach resonates most with highly sensitive beings who are not only looking for guidance but also pragmatic tools to level up their personal growth. I align perspectives and energetics within the body and environment, dissolve judgements and inspire shifts in everyone I have the pleasure of working with.
