It's important to choose a Reiki Practitioner that feels right for you. Often in energy, it's said that we gravitate toward our healers and teachers. Garnet & Ki provides a safe, non-judgmental space for healing to take place. The home studio space is designed with healing, comfort, and aesthetics in mind. No detail is too small to ensure that your session is maximized in comfort and healing. Personal, quality one-to-one care is the top priority.    

My own energy journey was born at a time when I found myself feeling deeply fragmented. I was struggling to make peace with a diagnosis I'd been instructed to manage over my lifetime. I felt entirely disconnected from my physical, emotional, and spiritual self. I searched endlessly for my perfect "fix", something that would make me finally feel safe within my own body and allow me to trust my weakened intuition. I stayed curious (and desperate) enough through my search, and in wondering around the painful dark, I stumbled upon the magnificent healing light that is Reiki.

My first Reiki session was profound, and my subsequent sessions proved the more I leaned into the healing energy of Reiki the more whole and aligned with myself I became. For over six years I enjoyed and witnessed the gentle positive shifts Reiki added to my life and to those I hold closest. 

In the summer of 2021, I began my training in Tera Mai™ Reiki. As I familiarized myself with the Reiki energy, I began to encounter and learn from additional energies, and quickly found myself offering clairvoyant and past life readings and channelling. Still, today I encounter new and enlightening energies that have so much insight and beauty to offer.
