You are welcome to our beginner/introductory practice, it is practice-based drop-in.
This 30-minute practice is an excellent way to balance, ground and energize yourself at the beginning of the day.
Come experience an introduction to a guided chi gong practice which has been called, “mindfulness in motion.” This chi gong form for beginners is easy to practice and offers an effective combination of breath, mindfulness, and movement to reduce tension and help your overall well-being.
The session will help reduce tension in the body, while helping to create deeper awareness of the body and breath. Everyone is welcome to join and give Qi Gong a try in our spirited community.
