I’m Jenna!
I’m a Yin Yang yoga instructor who has a passion for supporting people along their journey in becoming more embodied within themselves.
Utilising tools through yogic movement we are able to assess the body as a whole, bringing awareness to areas that may have been dormant which creates space allowing for releases to occur.
My goal is to work together in a guidance of becoming more connected within the intricate nature of you body.

I have enjoyed waking up and attending this class with Jenna. I am not a morning person but Jenna manages to bring lightness and ease through a series of gentle yoga poses that improve my sense of wellbeing.

After exploring many therapies and interventions to address chronic lower back/hip pain, working with Jenna I discovered Yin Yoga which has meaningfully eased my pain. The day I woke up with no pain for the first time in years gave me such hope for the future. I'm so grateful to Jenna for bringing Yin Yoga to my life!

I have difficulties being comfortable and fully relaxed in some yoga/meditation classes. Jenna creates an atmosphere that is fun, non-judgemental and supportive that gives me the space to relax and practice comfortably. I always look forward to practicing with her as it is fun and never feels like a chore.

Jenna acknowledges the feelings of her participants and ensures that everyone is comfortable . She is understanding and considerate of everyone and really set my day off to a great start!
