Parent & Baby Yoga
Went to a lovely parent and baby yoga class today, taught by Tamara Cleaver. It was everything I needed to unwind and destress from the day to day with a young human. On top of that, there were many breathing techniques she taught that are transferable to calming down a small child. Both baby and me left refreshed. I highly recommend!
